Steve McIntyre was born and raised in NW Illinois and brings a wealth of business experiences to the table. He moved to Apple Canyon Lake, Jo Daviess County in 1999, with over 20 years of sales experience at Intel Corporation in Phoenix, Arizona. But please, don't hold that against him.

Steve and his wife (Lori) are very active in the local community. Steve is an Apple Canyon Lake Firefighter, Lions Club Officer (Past President), Airport Manager/Owner, and keeps his eye on the growth and well being of a growing and prosperous area. Lori is a Master Gardener as well as the Past President of the Apple Canyon Lake Garden Club. While they have not been blessed with children - they love to entertain their many nieces and nephews - "There's always somebody at our house - and we wouldn't have it any other way."

Steve and Lori have been married for over 28 years and still enjoy taking walks together hand-in-hand. They have family throughout Illinois, Ohio, Virginia, California, Colorado and Arizona. Steve has 4 sisters and 2 brothers, while Lori has 3 brothers. All of which have children except one. So with this extended family they keep pretty busy entertaining family, watching all the nieces & nephews grow up and traveling throughout the U.S.

Steve's hobbies, outside of assisting Lori with her garden and yard work, include: playing his Alvarez guitar, listening to music, relaxing in front of a warm fire, staying in touch with technology, but his real passion is private flying. "Any reason to get in the air." He got his private pilots license in 1994 when Lori told him to get a hobby and since has logged over 1500 hours in the sky. "I take at least one long trip in the Bonanza a year, just to keep myself sharp." He has flown across the United States several times and plans to continue to "polish the sky" whenever he can.

When asked what goals he has for the future, Steve replied, "Throughout my life I have enjoyed helping others accomplish their goals - through which I accomplish mine."

He adds: "I am dedicated to the goals of others. When my clients acquire Real Estate, it is my job to keep it simple and stress free. I look forward to helping facilitate, not complicate Real Estate transactions."
